We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states).
❌ We do not ship to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Freight Delivery Details
• Freight deliveries are curbside only.
• The delivery team will not carry items inside your home or assemble them.
• Someone must be present to receive, sign for, and assist with unloading, if needed.
• If you need inside delivery or liftgate service, please contact us before shipment (additional fees may apply).
Curbside Delivery Details
Curbside deliveries require a scheduled appointment and a signature upon arrival. Once your shipment reaches the local freight terminal, the freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Please note that in most cases, you will be responsible for unloading the shipment from the truck. Be sure to plan accordingly and have any necessary assistance or equipment ready at the time of delivery.
Receiving Your Items: LTL / Freight Deliveries
Scheduling Delivery
When your LTL or freight shipment arrives in your area, the carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery window. You’ll need to be available to sign the Bill of Lading. If no one is present at the time of delivery, additional redelivery charges may apply.
Receiving Your Delivery
Your shipment will be lowered from the truck using a lift gate and placed at your curbside or the nearest safe delivery point, whether it’s a residential or commercial address.
If your location has a loading dock, the driver will deliver the pallet(s) directly to the dock.
✋ Inspecting Your Delivery
Before signing for delivery, please:
✔ Inspect packaging for visible damage
✔ Confirm the number of cartons matches your paperwork
✔ Document any damage with photos or video
✔ Ask the driver to note damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading.
If the item is severely damaged, you may refuse delivery.
📸 Send photos/videos of any damage to our main support and sales email: sales@thestrengthsource.com, and we will assist with replacements or claims.
Storage and Additional Fees
When you place an order, it is assumed that you are ready to receive delivery. If you need your order to be delivered on or after a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help coordinate with your shipping schedule.
If your order ships and you are unable to receive it, the freight carrier may return the shipment to the manufacturer and/or charge storage fees. Most carriers only allow freight to remain at their terminal for 3–5 business days.
If your shipment is returned to the manufacturer, you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs, as well as any applicable fees the freight company may charge.
If the carrier chooses to hold your shipment instead of returning it, you agree to pay any storage, retention, or additional shipping fees assessed by the freight company.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment online through the carrier’s website or on our tracking page.
⚠ Possible Delivery Delays
High demand, promotions, weather conditions, or carrier issues may occasionally affect shipping times. If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
🚫 Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If delivery is refused without valid reason (e.g., no damage visible), or if the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or missed appointments, you will be responsible for any applicable fees such as:
• Round-trip shipping costs
• Storage and/or return fees
