My Story

Born and raised in New York City, John has been involved in sport and fitness at a very young age; Martial arts, hockey, handball, and baseball to name a few. During college, while working on his own fitness goals, he realized that- there was a passion growing to coach and motivate others in their fitness journeys. 

John has worked with physical therapists, retired Olympians, and athletes. He has collected all that knowledge and has applied this while working with his clients. He has worked with youth, paraplegics, adults post-surgery to individuals whose goals are to be stronger, mobile, faster and have less back pain when they pick their child up. The discipline and betterment of self that had been instilled at that very young age through sport and fitness resonate in his training and coaching of others.
