The Body-Solid G9S is all you'll need to get strong at home, live an active lifestyle and smash those goals. This multi-station workhorse can replace a full weight room, and fit in the comfort of your own home. It comes equipped with (7) different exercise stations and include two 210lbs stacks - allowing for completely customized workouts with a ton of variety. The independent weight stacks allow multiple users to workout at once!

STATION 1 FEATURES
- Multi-Press Station: Built to deliver strength - and deliver it does ! This multi-function press arm stations contains three station in one, with fully adjustable pads for all size users and full range of motion exercise. Structurally and biomechanically designed for maximum chest, back and shoulder concentration. Easily simulate different angles of bench press and shoulder press with the fully adjustable range of motion.
- Lat Pulldown / High Pulley Station: Ideal for increasing size, strength and endurance of your back, shoulder and triceps muscles. Unique easy-access hold down rollers fit all size users with no need for adjustment.

Leg Extension / Standing Leg Curl Station: This leg developer station features a SmoothGlide Bearing System™ with biomechanically accurate pivot point and integrated CAM to prevent resistance drop-off at the end of the exercise movement. This provides consistent resistance throughout full range of motion. Self-aligning, contoured leg extension cuffs automatically adjust throughout the exercise movement.
STATION 2 FEATURES
- Pec Deck / Fly Station: Perfect Pec™ station with dual overhead cams. This pec dec station has six increment settings per arm that provide variable starting positions and allow fine-tuning for accurate prestretch with optimal biomechanical movement. It's a two function station that ensures maximum development of pectoral and rear deltoid muscles.
- Ab Crunch / Mid Pulley Station: Create a lean and muscular waist with absolute isolation of your abdominal and oblique muscles. Unique design also allows the highest degree of comfort when doing triceps extension movements.
- Seated Row / Low Pulley Station: Essential for well-developed backs, seated row exercises build depth in the middle back and train the hard to reach lower lats. Low pulley swivels smoothly and fully to provide accurate resistance for cable curls, upright rows, shrugs, leg abduction, leg adduction and much more.
STATION 3 FEATURES
- Leg Press / Calf Press Station: It's included! Unique two bar linkage self-aligns the angle of the leg press plate to the user's body eliminating ankle torsion and ensuring proper biomechanics throughout the full range of motion for all size users. This powerful leg press includes pillow block and sealed ball bearings for precision alignment and friction free movement. 2:1 ratio converts the 210 lb. weight stack into 420 Lbs. of resistance. Features adjustable back pad with two position press plate for complete leg and calf development.

Body-Solid GKR9 VKR/Dip Station
The Body-Solid GKR9 VKR/Dip Station is the perfect addition to anyone that wants to add more core and dip work to their routine. A better, stronger core will help your performance in all aspects of training and life itself.
The optional GKR 9 does not tie into the weight stacks, which means 3 people can use the G9S at once with this attachment added on.

Body-Solid GIOT Inner/Outer Thigh Machine
The Body-Solid GIOT Inner/Outer Thigh Attachment is a great complement to the included leg press, leg extension, and leg curl stations.
Take your leg development and strength ever farther with the addition of abductor and adductor work.
This machine add-on will tie in to the G9S existing weight stack. Total capacity will remain at (2) simultaneous users.

A Quick Note on the GKR9 and GIOT:
Only one of these options can be installed at a time. We do not recommend purchasing both. They are not easy to switch in and out nor are they easy to store while not in use.
Pro Tip: If space allows and you really want both stations, adding the GIOT is the more cost effective solution. A full power tower or vkr station will be easier to come by and provide the same benefits as the GKR9, while taking up less space and a fully separated Inner/Outer thigh machine.
