Order Cancellations
🕒 Within 24 hours of purchase (Before shipment):
✔ Free cancellation — no fees or penalties.
📦 After shipment or when tracking is assigned:
❌ The order can no longer be canceled.
✔ However, you may still return the item under our Return Policy.
Pre-orders and backorders may be canceled anytime before shipment, unless specified otherwise.
*READ* We can't cancel the following after 24 hours from placing an order with us:
- Made to order products
- Custom made products
- Non-returnable products

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of product delivery.
To be eligible, products must be:
✔ New, unused, and unassembled. We may ask for photo and/or video evidence of this.
✔ In original packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
✔No Restocking Fees
If products do not meet these criteria, then they are not eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

How to Start a Return
To begin, please email or call us with your order number and reason for return:

Once your return is approved, you will receive:
✔ A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
✔ Instructions for packaging and shipping
✔ The correct return shipping address
Do not ship any items without receiving an RMA number. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• Banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect all packages at delivery. If damage is found:
1️⃣ Take clear photos and/or videos of the packaging and product.
2️⃣ For freight deliveries, make sure damage is noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
3️⃣ Email documentation to sales@thestrengthsource.com within the required timeframe, we'll take care of the claim with manufacturer after.
We will work with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts or a full replacement product, depending on the situation.
Reporting Timeframes:

If damage is minimal enough or to a specific part of the item, we recommend accepting the delivery so we can quickly provide replacement parts, as our first step in resolving any damaged equipment issue is to send replacement parts promptly.

Declined or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused without valid reason (e.g., no damage to item), the customer is responsible for:
